2 Timothy 3:14-17 (HCSB)
14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed. You know those who taught you, 15 and you know that from childhood you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
Neil Andrews
We are creatures of story. Our minds weave meaning from colors, rhythms and patterns. God, the master storyteller, has given us a Divine narrative that is alive and breathing –His scripture. Paul’s words to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:14-17 call us to remain rooted in what we’ve learned, to let His living, sacred words shape the very core of our beings. The Bible is more than ink on a page; it is breath, movement, and radiant light. It teaches, corrects, and equips-not in a cold, clinical way, but like Michelangelo carving the David, or Beethoven creating his pastoral sixth symphony, bringing sound from silence. Imagine scripture as a grand symphony; where every note and phrase carry wisdom, beauty, and grace. It’s not just about knowledge, but transformation. It is poetry that chisels away what is false, melody that harmonizes our souls with God’s heart and infinite purpose. Let God’s Word dwell in you richly. Let it stir your imagination, awaken your spirit, and shape your story into something truly beautiful-because that’s what God has always meant it to do.
